If Counter Sale [ Multi Customers ] entry show in Item Register then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

Cause:

This entry appears in Item Register, as the user has Created the entry thorough Quick issue in Marg Software.

If the user needs to remove the Counter Sale [Multi Customers] entry form Item register then it can be remove easily by Deleting it in Quick Issue.

In order to Delete The Entry in Quick Issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Purchase Return > Quick Issue > Manual Return.

  • A 'Temporary Return' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Delete' key on the entry which needs to be deleted.

  • An alert of 'Delete Record' will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Counter Sale [Multi Customers] will get removed from Item Register.

Ans.2

1. Go to Transactions > Sale > Counter Sale.

2. The user will press 'Delete' key on the selected item that needs to be deleted.

3. An alert of 'Delete Record' will appear. Click on 'Yes' to delete an item.

4. Now the user will press 'ESC' key and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
